The Step-by-Step Plan is just that - a plan that will guide you, Step by Baby Step, to a healthier, slimmer you. Its a plan that involves a little dancing - the Cha-Cha-Cha - Changes, Choices and Challenges !
- Changes...changes that you will make to your eating habits over a long period of time. Of course, you can make the changes quickly - if that's what you want. But we need the changes to be permanent, to become habits that are ingrained in your lifestyle. That's why I recommend taking it slowly.
- Choices...learning how to make the best possible food choice for your lifestyle. All food is good - there's no such thing as bad food - but we can make better choices in food, that will take us to where we want to be.
- Challenges - nothing worth fighting for is without challenges. On the Step-by-Step Plan, we will discuss the challenges that arise in attaining a healthy lifestyle, and learn strategies to cope with them.
The aim for you, and me, is to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We all want to be :-
- eating healthy foods
- exercising
- getting our BMI to where it should be for optimum good health
- getting our weight to where it should be for optimum good health
- having energy that lasts all day
- getting rid of aches and pains (that come from lack of exercise)
- having a good self-image
- feeling positive about our life
